Personal data processing policy
IkiTech Solutions S.A.S. respects the privacy of everyone it works with. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, what your rights are and how to exercise them, in compliance with Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and related regulations. This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. Definitions
- Data subject: the individual whose personal data is processed.
- Personal data: any information linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Processing: any operation on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, transfer or deletion.
- Authorization: the data subject's prior, express and informed consent to processing.
- Controller: who decides on the database and processing. Processor: who processes data on the controller's behalf.
3. Data we process
We only process the data needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- "Coffee with an Expert" and contact forms: name, work email, company, job title, country, main challenge and any message you choose to send.
- Commercial and contractual relationships: contact details of representatives and staff of clients, partners and suppliers.
- Correspondence: information you share with us by email or other channels.
We do not request sensitive data through this website, and our services are not directed at minors. If you provide third-party data, you confirm you have their authorization.
Browsing and cookies: this website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. If we add tools of this kind in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
4. Purposes
- Respond to information requests and schedule meetings, including the "Coffee with an Expert" assessment.
- Prepare and send technical and commercial proposals.
- Perform and manage contractual relationships with clients, partners and suppliers.
- Send information about our services, content and events. You can opt out at any time.
- Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations and respond to competent authorities.
5. Your rights
Under Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:
- Access, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization you granted.
- Be informed about how your data has been used.
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law, after completing the process with IkiTech.
- Revoke your authorization and request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
6. Inquiries and claims
You can exercise your rights by writing to contactenos@ikitech.com.co with your name, identification, a description of your request, a contact address and any supporting documents.
- Inquiries: answered within ten (10) business days of receipt, extendable by up to five (5) additional business days with notice of the reason.
- Claims (correction, update, deletion or alleged non-compliance): handled within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, extendable by up to eight (8) additional business days with notice of the reason. If a claim is incomplete, we will ask you to complete it within five (5) days; if two (2) months pass without a response, the claim will be considered withdrawn.
7. Processors and international transfers
To operate, we use technology service providers, such as email, storage and cloud services, which may process data as processors and be located outside Colombia. In those cases we require confidentiality and security commitments and carry out transmissions or transfers in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect data against alteration, loss, unauthorized access or use, including access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access.
9. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
10. Effective date and changes
This policy is effective from its publication. We will post any material change on this page with its update date.
